Ingredients

Here are the ingredients I used:


½ pound cooked shrimp (chopped into small pieces)
8 ounces crab meat (fresh or canned)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
½ small red onion or shallot (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1–2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning (or favorite seafood seasoning)
1 teaspoon fresh dill or coriander (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 sandwich rolls or croissants (toasted)
Lettuce leaves (optional)
How to make

1. Prepare the seafood:
If your shrimp is not cooked, roast them at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes with a little oil and Old Bay seasoning. Then cut into small pieces. Remove any bones or shells from the crab meat.

2. Make the dressing:
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, dill, salt, and pepper.


3. Make the dressing:
Add the prepared shrimp, crab meat, celery, and onion to the dressing. Mix gently so that the crab pieces don't break.


4. Toast the bread:
Lightly toast the rolls or croissants so that the sandwich is both soft and crispy.


5. Make the sandwich:


Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bread, then spread the seafood salad mixture over it, and top with another piece of bread.
Tips and Variations
You can use Greek yogurt or sour cream instead of mayonnaise to make it lighter.
You can add chopped apples or grapes for sweetness.
If you want to make it spicy, you can add a little chili sauce or chili powder.
You can use any bread you like—brioche, croissant, or regular sandwich bread.
